In short
The card designer at design.linxy.cards works in four steps: pick a design, make the front yours, set the back and your short link, then approve a print-ready proof and order. No account is needed until you order.

The four steps
- StartChoose a starting design. Each one is the printed twin of a Linxy page design, so your card and your page can match. You can also start blank, or upload finished artwork for both sides.
- FrontChange the words, swap the photo, pick fonts and colors, add graphics, shapes or your logo. Click any element on the card to edit it.
- Back & linkFinish the back, choose your short link and choose what the card opens. See Your card’s short link.
- Proof & orderCheck the print-ready proof of both sides, choose how many, and pay. Your free Linxy account is made from the email you give here.
The design tools
- Designs: switch to another starting design at any time.
- Text: headings, body text and your short link, with every font, weight, size, color, spacing and alignment.
- Photos: upload your own or use the photo library. Photos of any size are accepted and prepared for print.
- Graphics and Shapes: icons, lines and shapes in any color.
- Logo and Backdrop: place your logo and set the background color or photo.
- Layers: select, reorder, lock or hide anything on the card.
Undo and redo are at the top of the card. Print guides show the safe area and the trim, so nothing important ends up too close to the edge.
How the card is printed
Cards are standard wallet size, printed in full color on both sides. The whole design is printed as a Linxy Mark, so there are no blocky codes on your card: the artwork itself is what the Linxy App scans. The chip inside is set to your short link before the card ships.
Good to know. Your proof is drawn by the same renderer that prints the card, so what you approve is what gets printed.
