In short
When your page moves to your card’s address, you choose what happens to the address it had before. Keep it, and both addresses open your page. Retire it, and both work for 14 days; after that only the card’s address opens your page.

Keep it working too
Choose this if you have already shared the old address: on social profiles, in emails, in print. Both addresses keep opening your page for as long as you have it.
Retire it
- Days 1 to 14Both addresses open your page, so anyone who has the old one still finds you. We email you before the 14 days end.
- From day 15Only your card’s address opens your page. The old address shows a plain “This page has moved” notice. It does not send visitors anywhere.
- 90 days laterThe old address goes back to Linxy and may be given to someone else.
Changing your mind
Until the 14 days end, you can switch between keeping and retiring. Open your page in the page builder, click the button at the top right (it reads Published once your page is live), and choose Keep old address or Retire old address.
Why the moved notice does not forward. An address that is about to be given to someone else should not quietly send people to you, or later to a stranger. The notice tells visitors to ask you for your new link.
