Do I give my card away?
No. You show it. The other person taps or scans it, and everything you want them to have is on their phone. You keep the card for the next person.
Their phone did not react to a tap
Most modern phones read a tap. Ask them to unlock the phone and hold the back of it, near the top, flat against the card for a moment. They can also scan the card with the Linxy App, or type the short link printed on it.
Can any camera scan the card?
The artwork is a Linxy Mark, which the Linxy App reads. For people without the App, the tap and the printed short link always work.
“That email already has a Linxy account”
Sign in with that account and carry on. Your card design or page comes with you.
Can I change my page after the card is printed?
Yes, any time. The card opens your page, so every card you have shown opens the latest version.
I lost my card
Order a reprint of the same design for $19 from your card in the designer. A defective card is reprinted free.
