In short
If someone is helping pay for or support your Occasion — a florist, a bakery, a local business, a booster club — you can thank them on the invitation. Sponsors are off unless you turn them on. You add each sponsor’s logo, name, link and a one-line message, choose where they appear, and see how often guests viewed and tapped them.
Adding sponsors
On the invitation’s Sponsors tab, turn on Show sponsors on this invitation and choose + Add a sponsor. For each one:
| Field | Notes |
|---|---|
| Logo | PNG, JPG or WebP. Without a logo, the sponsor’s initials are shown |
| Name | Required |
| Tier | Presenting (one only), Gold or Supporting. Choosing a second Presenting sponsor moves the first to Gold |
| Link | Optional. Guests who tap the sponsor go there, inside the Linxy App |
| Message | Optional, one line |
You can add up to 12 sponsors and reorder them with the arrows. Remember to save.
Where sponsors appear
| Place | Who appears |
|---|---|
| Opening page, “Presented by” | The Presenting sponsor only |
| Sponsors card, after the details and before the reply | Up to six, Presenting first, then Gold, then Supporting |
| Reply confirmation, “Brought to you by” | The Presenting sponsor, or the first sponsor if there is none |
Each place can be switched on or off.
Where sponsors never appear
Sponsors never appear in the header card, between guests and the reply button, or above the date and place. The invitation stays about the Occasion.
The sponsor report
The Sponsors tab shows, for each sponsor, how many times guests saw them on the invitation (Views) and how many times guests tapped through to their link (Taps). Taps are counted only for sponsors with a link, once the invitation is published. It’s a simple way to show a sponsor what their support reached.
