In short
Open the invitation — by tapping the link you were sent, or by scanning the Linxy Mark or Linxy IQ on a printed invitation with the Linxy App. Read it, then tap the reply button. The reply takes a minute: whether you’re coming and with how many, then any questions the hosts asked, then RSVP & connect. You can change your reply until the reply-by date.

Opening your invitation
With the Linxy App installed, the link opens straight into the invitation inside the app. Some invitations open with a full-screen page first — tap it to open the invitation. You’ll see the date and place (tap Map for directions, inside the app), a message from the hosts, sometimes a short video from them, and any links such as a registry.
Invitations waiting for you also appear under Invitations on the home screen, along with ones you’ve already answered.
The reply, step by step

Questions marked Required must be answered before you can go on; the app tells you which ones are missing. If you can’t come, questions about the day are skipped.
What “RSVP & connect” does
The first time you reply, you confirm with Face ID or your fingerprint. Your reply goes to the hosts, and you’re connected to the Occasion: updates, photos and messages from the hosts reach you in the Linxy App. Your phone number and email stay private. If you’re already connected, the button just says Send my reply.
After you reply
If you’re coming or watching online, you’re now in the Occasion’s community — open it to see who’s coming and say hello before the day. To change your answer, open the invitation again and tap Change my reply. After the reply-by date, replies are closed; contact the hosts directly if something changes.
Without the Linxy App
The link opens a web page with the invitation. Replies are made in the free Linxy App: download it from the App Store or Google Play, then choose I already have the app to open the invitation in it.
Symptoms, causes and fixes
